What We Do:

Mold/Microbial:
We are Senior, Certified Analytical Microscopists that have analyzed thousands of air, bulk, tape-lift and swab samples. As we are your local, neighborhood laboratory, we can help you plan and understand the mold analytical process…we are just a phone call away! Let us help you simplify the process.

Asbestos:
We have analyzed more than 400,000 bulk samples for asbestos. As we are certified in Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) Analysis, we have a demonstrated proficiency and understanding of all types of building materials.

Indoor Air Quality – Dust Characterization:
Dust characterization is performed by experienced analysts via Polarized Light Microscopy for the identification of various analytes such as particles, fibers, dander, hair, minerals, fungi, hyphae, mites and pollen.

Approved NIOSH 582 Course Equivalency Training & Certification:
NIOSH 582 Course Equivalency training and certification is offered at our Media, PA location. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion. This course is taught by 2 senior Analytical Microscopists that have approximately 50 years of combined training experience of the NIOSH 582 Course Equivalency. This course covers the essentials of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Method 7400, “Asbestos and Other Fibers by PCM.”

Calibration (Microscope and Rotameter):
We provide budget friendly calibration services for rotameters and Polarized Light and Phase Contrast microscopes. Calibration services include routine cleaning, maintenance and repairs needed, while you wait. We also offer maintenance/repair of field equipment such as pumps.

Industrial Hygiene Services (Respirator Fit Testing & Mold and Moisture Inspections):
We offer Industrial Hygiene services such as Respirator Fit Testing. Annual Fit Testing will be conducted on-site at your convenience, to help ensure compliance with OSHA 1910.134 Respiratory Protection.

When it comes to Mold and Moisture Inspections, we have the technical knowledge necessary for analytical results interpretation, as well as field experience. Our unique combination of performing mold analysis and mold inspections allows us to be a valuable resource to customers that are looking to get to the source of their mold and moisture concerns.
